Dear Director Monopoli:
"This office is aware that you have not complied with the upgrade order. Please be advised that the upgrade order has no finite expiration and remains in effect and valid as long as the violation remains, and until such time as the order is fully complied with."
- Jim Monopoli, Director of Health, 27Oct2014
Now you're just screwing with us, Jim.
You know, or your Shipman&GoodwinLLP (S&G) lawyer, Matthew Ranelli knows (because S&G's John E. Wertam signed the Stipulated Judgment on behalf of the Town of Old Saybrook), that the Town is responsible for upgrading our septic system.
What you're doing to us is an abuse of power.
What you're failing to do, pursue the Town of Old Saybrook to require the Town to upgrade our septic system, is nonfeasance in office.
Very truly yours,
Joel R. Anderson
