Dear Deputy Commissioner Sullivan:

This is a FOIA request for documents originating from the Town of Old Saybrook to DEEP, re Kramer's "3" quoted below.

To Whom were 7 properties categorized as 'Enforcement (Referred for further action)' referred?

If there is no Whom, and that Whom is not a lawyer or law firm hired to pursue enforcement re 13 George Drive in court, then 'Referred for further action' is meaningless twaddle - vapor in the wind.

3. A letter from the Town of Old Saybrook to DEEP dated September 10, 2014 regarding the status of properties covered under the Stipulation of Judgment, indicating that there were 7 properties categorized as "Enforcement (Referred for further action)"
Produce the documents showing To Whom 13 George Drive was referred for enforcement.
