Dear Bureau Chief Wingfield:

This ia a FOIA request for the Old Saybrook document revealing the Town's intention to damage our property without any process whatsoever, as described in your letter, a portion quoted here below:
"As part of the Town's ongoing efforts to comply with the Stipulated Judgment, it is our understanding that the Town intends to file a letter in the land records for your property documenting non-compliance with the order issued by the Connecticut River Area Health District on July 18, 2013."
- Betsey Wingfield, 01Jul16
The Town of Old Saybrook never asked to install an upgraded system on our property to bring the Town into compliance with the Consent Decree.

The Town hasn't taken us to court in a vain attempt to force us to do what is required of the town by the Consent Decree.

The Town is out of compliance with the will of the people as expressed in the 11Aug09 referendum Question 2, which said the Town would pay for design and construction.

DEEP could bring the Town of Old Saybrook into compliance with the Consent Decree, had it the will to enforce it.

If there's a problem with 13 George Drive it's DEEP's and the Town's problem, not ours. Own it.
                             Very truly yours,

                             Joel R. Anderson
